Jason M. Otero was riding a Harley Davidson eastbound when the vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway, hit a concrete barrier, and overturned near milepost 0.5 in Parsippany-Troy Hills shortly before 1:15 a.m., New Jersey State Police Detective I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice.
Otero, of Livingston, was killed in the crash, Lebron said.
The accident remains under investigation. No further details were released.
